Love-Conscious Leadership has emerged over a lifetime. The Rise of Love Now is a collective choice. 

🕊️30 years ago, as a mother on welfare for the third time, I answered the first call from my soul—a call that inspired me to be better, do better, and serve others with purpose while simultaneously healing my own wounds.  🕊️That first call led me into mission-driven service, fully devoted to making a difference in the lives of others.

✨Giving to others.
✨Doing for others.
✨Serving the greater good.

🕊️What I would eventually discover is that service without Love-Conscious Leadership can lead ordinary people doing extraordinary things straight into burnout.

🕊️Years later, after founding, cultivating, and establishing a successful, nationally accredited organization, that is exactly where I found myself—facing burnout and adrenal fatigue.

What felt like a breaking point ultimately became a breakthrough. 

It left me exploring two essential questions:

1. How do we consciously create lives we truly love—without sacrificing our personal well-being, success, or what matters most—while inspiring others to do the same?

2. How do we grow grassroots leadership that helps create a world in which we love living?

🕊️ These questions have led me through more than three decades of study, personal transformation, professional leadership, and certifications with extraordinary teachers and pioneers in the fields of consciousness, psychology, self-sustaining leadership, Breathwork, energy medicine, and human potential.

Along the way, one thing became increasingly clear to me:

🕊️The missing ingredients in many of today’s leadership models are the understanding of consciousness—and understanding LOVE’s role in creating the world in which we live.

 Over time, my education, passion, professional experience, and life experiences have been thoughtfully integrated into The LOVE NOW Leadership Alignment System™—a practical framework designed to help people cultivate greater peace, purpose, vitality, fulfillment, and meaningful impact while consciously creating lives they love.

We are at a pivotal moment in history.
