ON THE CONTRARY... Harboring anger and resentment, even if it's subtle, can be detrimental to one's happiness and well-being. You do not have to condone anything to forgive and let go.

BEFORE THE EVENT, you will receive:

- An audio of a POWERFUL story of forgiveness to inspire you and build your courage.
- A reflective process to engage in before the event to awaken your spirit and open your heart to letting go.
- Reminders with the Zoom link to join the event live.
AT THE EVENT, you'll experience:
- Connection to a community of people who are all receiving support through the process of letting go.
- Coach Jody, who will lovingly lead you through the reflective process you reviewed before attending. (We all know how busy life gets, so don't worry if you don't have a chance to review it before you come.)
- A White Light Healing Meditation that is supercharged with Divine presence, Reiki, and healing energy.
AFTER THE EVENT:
Coach Jody will stay in the Zoom room to process any questions or needs of the participants after the meditation is complete.
You will have access to the recording and can redo your forgiveness work at any time. It's a process you can use again and again.
HOW TO GET THE BEST RESULTS:
- At a minimum, read through the pre-event reflective process.
- Create a "small sanctuary" in your space that only you have access to during this event.
- Schedule this time as a loving date with yourself (write it in your planner!) and make sure that the people in your life know that you are not available during this time.
- Have water, a journal, and comforting objects like pillows, blankets, a mat, etc. available during the event.
