A 90-minute, real-time guided experience introducing you to The LOVE NOW™ Leadership and Energy Alignment approach through breathwork, embodied regulation, and energy alchemy practices designed to restore clarity, creativity,  inner peace, and flow. 

This entry Tier is meant to: 

1. introduce you to the structure and process of a one-on-one Leadership and Energy Alignment coaching session.
2. introduce our core content of orienting goals in alignment with creatorship.
3. establish trust, safety, and mutual readiness.
4. allow you to experience our breathwork modality and the energy alchemy transmutation and activation processes before making a deeper commitment.
5. provide a direct, experiential introduction to my leadership presence, facilitation style, and methodology so you can make an informed and sovereign self-investment decision.

To Access Your Complimentary Session

• A $49 refundable deposit is required
• Your deposit will be refunded after participation in the session
• Your deposit is fully refundable if the session is cancelled 48 hours before the start time
• No refunds will be issued if you do not attend your scheduled session without prior cancellation approval. 
• Your deposit may be applied to the cost of any program or service upgrade you choose, after your complimentary session.

During Your Session

Format & Setting

• A face-to-face session held either virtually via Zoom or in my home studio
• Designed intentionally to establish trust, safety, and nervous-system regulation from the start

Clarity Conversation

• We begin by exploring what you want more of in your life right now — personally and professionally.
• Through guided inquiry, we clarify what having more of this would do for you 
  • The tangible outcomes that would let you know, “I have it.”
  • This conversation grounds your desires in lived experience rather than abstract goals.

Nervous-System Resistance Reading

• From clarity, we assess your nervous-system resistance, which helps identify and measure:
• The level of resistance you feel in your body
• The gap between what you want and how your current reality feels
• This step brings awareness to the energetic and physiological patterns influencing your experience.

Energy Alchemy Work

Learn the Clarity Breathwork method and be guided through a facilitated Energy Alchemy experience. This work supports transmutation at multiple levels:

•  Cellular (physiological level / body-based memory)
•  Stored patterns held in your body that reflect past experiences, like chronic tension, stress responses, posture, breath restriction, or fatigue. These linger even when you no longer consciously remember the original event.
•  Energetic (emotional, regulatory, and subtle field)
•  Emotional imprints and relational patterns that influence how you experience safety, connection, and choice — including habitual emotional reactions, relational defenses, or persistent feelings that arise without a clear present-moment cause.
•  Neuroligic (brain-based processing and patterning)
•  Learned neural pathways shaped by past experiences that influence perception, decision-making, and response — like automatic thoughts, threat responses, or repetitive mental loops that continue long after the original situation has passed.

Experiencing the work in this complimentary session forms the foundation for ongoing Energy Alchemy work.

Session Integration & Closing

• Most sessions result in an immediate experience of greater peace, clarity, and inspiration
• In cases where there is a significant amount of stored memory or stress in your body, the session may also bring:
  •  A deep sense of calm
  • A natural desire for rest or integration
• These responses are healthy and supportive, indicating the nervous system has shifted into regulation

As energy is transmuted, layers of stored story, fear, and stress are released — clearing what has been blocking the outcome you desire. This experience forms the foundation for ongoing Energy Alchemy work.
