"Hi, my name is Tanya. When I saw the advertisement to join this program, I clicked, I received a notice I qualified, and then I almost sabotaged my opportunity... letting my mind run the show."

Hello, My name is Caitlin.
BEFORE enrolling in Tame the Tiger I was going through a dark time. Uncertainty, overwhelm, worry, and feelings of depression and anxiety were plaguing my life. I was feeling heavy and had no idea how to help myself.
Saying yes this started as a struggle…. My fear tried sabotaging me at every corner. I won't have time. Is this a scam? What if I don’t get in? What if it doesn’t work? This all sounds too good to be true?
