HERE'S WHAT I DIDN'T KNOW BEFORE…Â
- I had no idea that my energy mattered; that my habits were formed mostly based on my beliefs and genetics; or that I had full control over my thoughts, emotions, words, and actions. I believed my circumstances were to blame.Â
- I didn’t know that I was setting goals and intentions using the wrong structure. I was trying to fix the parts of myself that I believed were broken instead of putting all of my attention on creating.
- I didn’t know that my habits were connected to my unconscious/subconscious beliefs and that, until I cleared the energetic resistance between my current reality and my desired reality, I WOULD NEVER achieve sustainable change. Instead, I would always oscillate between the reality of wanting more health and vitality and the desire of having and sustaining health and vitality.Â
- I didn’t know how to apply brain science and spirituality to use and grow my goal-setting skills with a loving presence. Once I did, it allowed me to take small, doable actions each day which lead to big results over time, while being enough right now.Â
