• Everything is energy and everything operates on vibrational frequencies. 
• When our frequencies are low, blockages occur in our Chakra system which, in turn, restricts the flow in our body systems. 
• The yellow chart represents your energy level as a numerical value. We love to see high numbers that indicate good energy to support our immune system and ability to self-heal. 
• For example, 11 is Neutral 
• Readings above 11 are beneficial to feeding our chakras and are charged with alkalinity that infuses into us.
• Readings below 11 are the opposite… they drain our chakras and infuse acidity. (This is like drinking several sodas a day. Alkalinity naturally detoxes the body. Acidity is a cause of degenerative diseases.)
