WHEN BURNOUT BECAME MY BREAKTHROUGH 

Hello Dear One,

Before you decide whether this opportunity is right for you, I'd love to share my story. Perhaps you'll recognize yourself in my journey, and you might even discover new possibilities for your own life.

Many years ago, as a mother receiving welfare assistance, I experienced my first calling toward greater peace, purpose, and prosperity. My children became my guiding stars, inspiring me to create a better life.

That calling led me into the early childhood education field, where I discovered my passion for making a difference. I devoted the next 15 years to that purpose while I continued to heal, grow, and transform my own life.

I became a successful business owner, leadership teacher, mother, devoted partner, and community advocate. I built an organization that served over 120 children and their families, employed more than 50 people, established five community partnerships, and developed a school for adult learners.

I wasn't just teaching leadership; I was living, practicing, and growing leadership every day.

I loved my family, my work, and the difference I was making in my community. I invested in my health, relationships, and personal and professional development.

I created a meaningful life filled with purpose, accomplishment, and opportunity.

I also believed I loved myself unconditionally.

However, something was happening beneath the surface.

The very qualities that helped me succeed—my determination, generosity, work ethic, and commitment to excellence—had also become the strategies I relied upon to establish my worth.

I was exceptionally skilled at achieving, overcoming adversity, and helping others. But I was also becoming exceptionally skilled at pushing through, overriding my body's signals, and continually striving to become a better version of myself.

I wasn't unhappy. I was living a life I genuinely loved, but I hadn't learned how to sustain it without sacrificing myself.

MY BURNOUT BECAME MY BREAKTHROUGH

In June 2017, I experienced a significant health crisis - burnout - that brought my familiar way of living and leading to a halt.

After years of teaching leadership and helping others succeed, I faced a challenge I couldn't overcome simply by working harder.

For the first time, I questioned the foundation upon which I had built my leadership and life.

What was missing?

The answer led me to the most profound discovery.

LOVE.

I was missing LOVE. Not the kind of love that simply meant loving my children, my partner, my work, or even myself.

I was discovering LOVE as something much greater...

LOVE as the source of power, connection, and creation

I believe we all have access to this kind of love, but we are rarely taught how to harness it consciously.

I had learned how to work hard, overcome adversity, achieve success, and develop my leadership capacity, but I hadn't learned to access LOVE consciously as the source from which I could lead, direct my energy, and create my life.

My burnout became the breakthrough that revealed what was missing.

FROM MY BREAKTHROUGH TO LOVE NOW

During my years of studying Universal Law, leadership development, and energy alignment, I began exploring consciousness, unconscious programming, emotions, and the choices that shape our lives.

I discovered that LOVE wasn't simply about positive thinking, self-care, or becoming a more loving person, but about consciously connecting with the source of my true nature and power.

I didn't need to abandon my ambitions, generosity, or purpose. I needed to transform the source from which I was leading myself.

Instead of continually striving to become someone better, I began learning to live more fully as who I truly am.

I was no longer simply growing my capacity to lead; I was transforming the source from which I led.

The LOVE NOW Leadership and Energy Alignment System grew from these years of study, professional leadership experience, personal practice, and transformation.

Today, I continue to pursue meaningful goals, grow my business, and contribute to others without believing I must sacrifice myself to succeed.

Now, I also teach others how to discover what is possible for them through my Leadership and Energy Alignment programs.
