Restoring Flow 

The Bronze Tier is a year-long group immersion designed to help participants establish nervous-system stability, emotional coherence, and embodied Creatorship so they learn how to create their lives from a place of alignment rather than from a place of fixing, force, or reaction.

Participants learn how to work with their energy, instead of working against themselves, using The L.O.V.E NOW MethodTM to observe and transmute their internal states, stay anchored in love-aligned actions, and build goals and direction from their highest and truest good.

This is a group-based program, not a one-on-one coaching container. Learning, regulation, and embodiment occur through morning mentoring emails, group training, shared resonance, and consistent energetic alignment ceremonies.

Each participant receives one BONUS Energy Alchemy Alignment session with me, Coach Jody, to establish their True Choices and develop a template for what they intend to create and embody during the year.

Weekly Energy Alchemy & Breathwork Ceremonies 

1. Two weekly 60-minute Energy Alchemy Alignment and Breathwork Ceremonies that support nervous-system regulation, emotional clearing, energetic coherence, and embodied integration

Becoming oriented toward creating — not fixing — is vital. When we shift out of problem-solving mode and into conscious creatorship, manifestation becomes a natural process of coherence, choice, and aligned action. Creating from this state is what allows the life you love to take form in the physical world.

These sessions support nervous system regulation, energetic coherence, and conscious embodiment — strengthening your capacity to lead, choose, and create from a place of love (conscious alignment) rather than unconscious fear (effort).

What You’ll Learn

Through daily practice, weekly education, energetic integration, and individualized True Choice alignment, participants learn how to:

1. Make choices and goals in the orientation of creating rather than fixing.
2. Use The L.O.V.E. NOW MethodTM to observe, regulate, and transmute internal energy states blocking flow.
3. Remain anchored in love-aligned actions during times of stress and uncertainty.
4. Feel nervous system regulation in real time—even when in stressful experiences.

This Program is not about becoming someone different. It is about revealing who you are when your system feels safe, coherent, and aligned… when you can engage at your own pace and capacity. 

At the end of your first year in the Program, you can choose to begin again, using our scholarship rate of $500 (good for maintenance).
