I’ve learned that being happy isn’t defined by how much have or how much you can do for someone else, or how much you’ve done in your life. It’s about becoming intentional and deliberate with your dreams and walking your way toward them one day at a time. It’s about being lovable, worthy, and enough where I am right now. I no longer seek validation outside of myself. It’s about knowing that you can have what you want and create it now and in the future... planting seeds.

I know how to create true happiness within myself. I have learned that my lack of energy has created lack in all areas of my life. My mom helped me see how her story was handed down and that I didn’t have to spend my whole life trying to turn it around. It’s so freeing to have this much self-knowledge and power.

I have learned to listen to my emotions through my body and I understand that I can choose my thoughts, shift my energy, and step into higher-frequency actions to get different results - at any moment. I love myself more and judge myself less. Setting healthy boundaries is becoming my superpower. My dreams of being the best dad, community leader, beloved, and creator are unfolding with so much appreciation. IT FEELS SO FREEING.
